The LGBTQIA+ community is being viciously targeted now by state and federal officials. Pride is a good time to focus on becoming better allies, accomplices, friends and co-conspirators. Please see my post about Pride last year. I’ve also heard a specific ask this year: if you’re in a position to hire, or recommend people to be hired, hire trans people, as discrimination against trans people is becoming normalized.
