New administrations take office in January: The next President will be inauguration January 20 and in Texas the legislative session starts January 14. There will be a lot of harmful legislation to resist as well as some helpful legislation to advocate for. For more information about the Texas legislature, please check my earlier post about it.
There are also a lot of ways to resist that don’t involve government but rather involve personal development and building solidarity with others.
